With a family heritage rooted in Sonoma County, Marshall
Mello has had the opportunity to benefit from the time, exposure

the age of twenty two he got his start in the housing industry
by developing private property for manufactured homes and
replacing old mobile homes in parks with new, affordable
manufactured housing. After one of the most successful years
ever recorded at the dealership Marshall joined forces with
life long friends to develop seven quick serve restaurants
in Sonoma County. At their prime the restaurants handled
well over 4 million a year in sales and had over 90 employees.
A few years prior to becoming a real estate agent Marshall
wanted to gain experience from the ones that make or break
deals. He went to work with a local appraiser with over 30
years of experience. In working with a licensed real estate
appraiser Marshall gained valuable knowledge and experience
that most real estate agents will never have. With the experience
in residential development, appraising, lease negotiation,
exposure in business capital markets, commercial site development
and business management, Marshall brings valuable experience
to his clients with residential, manufactured home and commercial
